Having worked in the industry myself and having a spectrum of degrees ranging from psychology, organisational psychology, counselling to business; I have created a long-needed platform for Crew to preserve their well-being and sense of self while having constant support wherever they are in the world.

How is Our Superyacht Membership Delivered?
Most of our sessions are live! If you miss a Guest Expert or Group Coaching session, you can watch the recordings in your own time via our online membership portal. Just log in and access all the group coaching, interviews, guest experts, online training, and more – for the current month AND all previous months
Our private Facebook group, is where you can find support buddies and build your network base, ask questions, share your weekly wins and have fun!
Of course, we provide a safe space for members to share what’s going on in their lives with no judgement. Our Chit Chat sessions allow for just that. We keep these unrecorded sessions confidential so that what’s discussed in the room is only shared with those who attend.
